Before making any payment, the payer must independently verify the Firm’s banking details by telephoning the accounts department on the firm’s official office number. Do not use any telephone number contained in an email purporting to advise of changed banking details. The Firm will not accept liability for any payment made into an incorrect, fraudulent or unauthorised bank account where the payer failed to verify the banking details telephonically before making payment.
